**Print Operator**

**Position is Onsite in Plano, Texas**

**Monday-Friday 6am -2:30am**

**Pay is $17.50-$19 per hour**

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a mailroom, post office, transactional print, or fulfillment environment. Knowledge of commercial printing or direct mailer business is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Pitney Bowes, Bowe-Bell & Howe equipment, RICOH, or CANON printers is also advantageous.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Process workload delegated based on Service Level Agreement due dates

+ Operate Cannon High Speed Commercial Printers to process customer files.

+ Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.

+ Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 3 months to 1 year experience working in a similar environment.

+ Basic computer skills

+ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

+ Good organizational skills

+ Attention to detail.

+ Learning to be efficient and mistake-free while maintaining speed.

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
