At Minimum Code we're looking for a talented product / project manager to join our team! Our mission is to help our clients - both Startups and corporate clients - build SaaS products 10x faster with No-Code tools such as Bubble.io, Webflow, and Xano. We are a fast-growing agency with team members in Germany, Poland and Ukraine. Our team is fully remote, and we pride ourselves on our open and informal culture.

Day-to-Day tasks include:

  • Project planning: Work closely with clients and the development team to define key project objectives and establish daily and weekly tasks and responsibilities
  • Product specifications: Create product specifications for MVPs or specific project phases
  • Project management: Conduct internal check-ins with the development team, providing support with any questions, secure client approval on key milestones and effectively communicate client requirements to the development team
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct checks to ensure that what the developers built matches the product specs and client expectations
  • Internal process improvement: Help us optimise our internal processes & tools, such as writing SOPs, organising our Notion, improving team communication and setting goals & metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as product / project manager
  • Experience with working on MVPs and Apps built with No-Code tools such as Bubble.io
  • You’re a self-starter, proactive and love to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
  • Based in the European time zone
