Pay Rate: $19.50- $21.50/hr

We're looking to fill roles within the printing and labeling production areas bring your experience and enthusiasm and they'll train you up on the rest. Whether you've worked with shrink wrap, labels, screen printing, or other decorating processes, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview
As a Senior Production Operator, you'll serve as a hands-on leader on your production line, helping drive quality, efficiency, and teamwork. You'll assist with setups and changeovers, fine-tune equipment, troubleshoot problems, and ensure products meet the highest standards.

Senior Printing Production Operator
Operate and adjust printing equipment. Responsibilities include installing screens, getting in register, ensuring correct image positioning, and monitoring print quality.

Senior Labeling Production Operator
Operate and adjust labeling equipment. Responsibilities include installing tooling, ensuring correct label/wrap positioning, and monitoring label quality and alignment.

Core Responsibilities (for both roles):

• Follow job orders and obtain first-piece approvals
• Set up machines and assist with changeovers
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality
• Troubleshoot process issues and document corrective actions
• Perform inspections and record results
• Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work area
• Monitor production to minimize waste and downtime
• Ensure equipment guards and safety devices are in place and functional
• Help train and support new team members
• Take ownership of product quality and production effectiveness

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in printing, labeling, shrink wrap, or other related production processes
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Normal color vision (critical for quality checks)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typical cartons range 10-25 lbs)
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality
