Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Production Planner/Scheduler in Tualatin, OR.Job Duties: Production Planner/Scheduler will ensure a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers; Locates and expedites critical materials Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; Maintain, update, and input material control data system or records and verifies reports for accuracy; Adjusts material counts when discrepancies are noted Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follows-up to ensure commitments are met As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you will plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules Provide input to management; Schedules and/or interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers Skills High School diploma/GED (or equivalent) Two+ years of experience working in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations Ability to work in a fast pace-changing work environment in production and scheduling in support of both internal and external customers Demonstrate a high level of expertise in problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
