What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will lead all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing procurement, submittals, and vendor coordination
• Maintaining budgets, forecasts, and work-in-progress reports
• Generating billings and overseeing the collections process
• Monitoring field productivity and performance using Procore
• Leading regular meetings with field supervisors
• Setting and enforcing site-specific safety procedures
• Reviewing project schedules and supporting workforce planning
• Coordinating layout and BIM processes for complex installations
• Ensuring documentation and project files are accurate and up to date
• Mentoring field leaders and collaborating with general contractors

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager
• Proven track record in commercial electrical construction
• Proficiency in Procore, NetSuite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and blueprint reading
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A proactive problem-solver with a “field-first” mindset
• Valid driver’s license preferred
