We are currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our well-established Public/Private Sector Labor and Employment Law practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with both public and private sector employers, including local school districts and municipalities. The associate will provide day-to-day counsel on a wide range of employment and labor law matters and will be actively involved in representing clients in administrative hearings, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and possess strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills, as well as a genuine interest in public/private labor and employment law.

Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, associates are eligible for summer and year-end discretionary bonuses, and may also earn up to 25% commission for new business they bring into the firm.
