Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and refine the company’s quality responsibility system to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.
2. Lead the resolution of quality incidents, customer complaints, and process anomalies. Develop and review corrective action plans to address audit findings.
3. Collaborate with the Systems Group to plan, establish, and continuously improve the quality management system. Ensure smooth system operation and coordination.
4. Participate in the analysis and resolution of major quality accidents and customer complaints. Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures.
5. Develop and enforce quality standards and inspection procedures for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Supervise and guide quality inspection activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in transformer projects.
• Proficiency in ISO9001, ISO14001, and QC080000 standards. Knowledge of TS16949 is a plus.
• Ability to conduct internal audits and coordinate with external audit organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the electrical and electronics industry.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
