Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
Determine clients' needs and propose suitable solutions
Display and market real properties to potential buyers
Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
