Your Role:

1. Convert team-provided listing leads into signed clients
2. Deliver exceptional listing presentations and pricing strategies
3. Guide sellers through a smooth, high-level experience from consultation to close

5. Work collaboratively with our internal teams to drive marketing and exposure

Requirements:

1. Active Texas Real Estate License
2. Previous listing experience preferred but not required
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Highly organized, driven, and comfortable with technology

Position Details:

1. Job Type: Full-Time
2. Compensation: $100,000 – $400,000+
