Top Producing Team Needs Showing Agent

We are looking for a motivated Showing Agent to join a top-producing real estate team in the Greater Detroit area.

If you are passionate about real estate and eager to gain hands-on experience, this role offers an ideal entry point into the industry. You will assist with lead generation, show properties, and guide clients through the home search process while learning directly from experienced agents.

You will receive training on engaging with clients, presenting properties, and helping buyers envision their future, all within a supportive and fast-paced team environment. A real estate license is required, or you must be actively enrolled in real estate coursework.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
  • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
  • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
  • Lead follow-up

  • Sales Scripts mastery
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Real Estate License Required
  • Superb communication
