Job Title: Release Project Manager Duration: 12+ month contract Location: 100% Remote bout You: This position will be a great fit for someone with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, setting timelines, holding people accountable and delivering projects on-time. Your leadership will help guide the completion of complex solutions created in an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate releases across multiple teams throughout the company Be the point-of-contact for high-level leadership and technical teams to help define staffing requirements and identify solutions consistent with needs Monitor complex projects on an ongoing basis and creating reports- evaluating progress, quality, budget and delivery timelines Manage resource plan and participate in onboarding process Follow Agile Methodology and create measurements based off of Sprint reports Provide seamless communication between vendors and hiring managers. Support process flow between teams Skills: Expert with the Atlassian Suite Strong technical background and knowledge of the full software development life cycle Great communication, time management, and organizational skills Strong leadership and relationship management skills. Strong business analysis skills and a logical mindset. Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment Experience working in agile software development environment bility to multitask and meet tight deadlines Experience managing and handling escalations. Have a resilient personality Minimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field tlassian suite knowledge (Jira and Confluence) 5+ years of related experience: managing projects and teams, working with tight deadlines and handling potential escalations Prior experience working as a Release Manager Plus if you have a background in Program/Project Management Saviance
