Restaurant General Manager Pay

• $55,000 - $65,000k (based off experience)
• Bonuses up to 10% of annual salary
• $25 a month for cell phone use

Restaurant General Manager Schedule:

• Available Monday-Sunday
• Flexible Schedules
• 1 opening a week- minimum
• 1 closing a week- minimum

Restaurant General Manager Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours.
• Ability to pass a 7 year background check.
• Reliable transportation
• Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and nurture a cohesive team.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Problem-solving acumen to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
