Remind Chat, our free product, reaches over 80% of K-12 students, providing a safe and easy-to-use platform for direct communication between teachers and families. And our latest innovation, SmartSites, offers state-of-the-art websites for school districts, enhancing their online presence and accessibility.

We are not just creating a product; we are creating empowered educators and engaged parents to improve the lives of all students. We are passionate advocates for our customers and for our employees and we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.

The Opportunity:

As our Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our team, directly influencing strategic decisions and driving tangible outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. From data reporting role to being a proactive thought partner to the CFO, CMO, SVP of Sales, and other key stakeholders, you'll translate complex data into actionable insights and leading initiatives for impactful change. You will also collaborate closely with our Revenue Operations Systems team to ensure our CRM and related systems are optimally configured to capture critical data. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our go-to-market strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and fueling our continued rapid growth within the education technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analytics & Insights: Lead the development and delivery of advanced data-driven analyses and insights that directly inform strategic business decisions across all revenue-generating functions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner directly with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-backed initiatives.
  • Advanced Data Collection & Management: Collaborate with the Data & AI team to evolve our data collection methodologies, moving beyond traditional avenues to implement more sophisticated and insightful data capture processes within the CRM.
  • CRM Expertise & System Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue Operations Systems team to design, implement, and optimize CRM (primarily HubSpot, with potential Salesforce exposure) configurations and workflows to ensure accurate and comprehensive data capture for reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Reporting & Dashboarding: Own the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) across all revenue teams.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional stakeholders on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and the use of revenue operations tools.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis & Projects: Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and lead strategic projects as needed to address critical business questions and drive operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a reporting and analytics role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the software or technology sector, with experience in the education technology industry being a significant advantage.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM, including advanced reporting and dashboarding capabilities. Demonstrated ability to leverage CRM data to generate strategic insights.
  • Proven track record of working effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, with a deep understanding of the interdependencies within a revenue operations framework.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and other advanced analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a rapidly scaling environment.
  • Proactive and strategic problem-solver with a strong continuous improvement mindset and a proven ability to drive change based on data.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for the education technology industry and a desire to contribute to improving outcomes for students.

The perks of working for us are great!

You’ll get your foot in the door as our company continues to grow. We’re big believers in work-life balance and provide:
