What We Offer Fair and competitive compensation Major Medical Insurance (BlueCross Blue Shield) Supplemental Insurance from Allstate Paid Vacation Paid Sick Days Qualified retirement plan (401k) Ongoing Education Essential Job Responsibilities Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management Understand and implement dealership sales process Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery) Present and demonstrate inventory Review, update and manage daily inventory reports Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory Generate ideas to exceed sales goals To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends (Saturdays) Attend RV Shows and location events as needed Qualifications Commitment to superior customer service Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS. Valid Driver's License High school diploma or equivalent is required Ability to work independently as well as on a team Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
