The Job
We are seeking a proactive and people-driven Safety Manager to lead our safety efforts with a focus on education and continuous improvement. This position will champion a culture of learning, ownership, and proactive safety practices rather than reactive compliance. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and teacher, passionate about coaching teams in safe and efficient field methods across construction and logistics operations. This individual will lead all safety programs and also design and deliver engaging training sessions for field and operational staff, making safety a lived experience—not a box to check.

This role includes office work, field visits, and facility inspections. Exposure to construction sites, vehicle traffic, heavy equipment, and waste environments is expected.
