About Acamania
Acamania is a boutique consultancy and strategic partner to emerging consumer brands. We invest in and help grow high-potential companies through hands-on support across marketing, brand development and operational strategy. Our team includes experienced entrepreneurs, operators, and investors who work closely with founders to bring big ideas to market.
This part-time position will focus initially on supporting one of our portfolio partners: Naughty Cookie, a bold, founder-led, indulgent vegan cookie brand. Over time, this role could expand to support additional Acamania clients in the DTC and CPG space.
About The Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join the Acamania team, with a hands-on focus on growing the visibility, retail reach, and community engagement of Naughty Cookie. You'll work directly with both Acamania leadership and the founder of Naughty Cookie to bring brand-building initiatives to life - spanning pop-ups, retail partnerships, content, and campaigns.
You’ll be based in Los Angeles and comfortable being out in the world - visiting stores to drive sales, helping run events, supporting activations, and collecting insights to drive brand performance. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and own the growth story from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Sales Development & Retail Growth
Identify and pitch new retail accounts across Southern California (cafés, boutiques, premium grocers, etc.)
Manage relationships with existing stockists; collect feedback, visuals, and display opportunities
Collaborate on promotional efforts and in-store visibility campaigns
Support wholesale strategy, including outreach emails, sampling kits, and sales collateral
Marketing & Content Execution
Coordinate local events and pop-ups: logistics, staffing, on-site presence
Support content creation across social platforms (especially Instagram & TikTok)
Track performance of content and campaigns; compile learnings and insights
Help manage social community engagement and influencer seeding
Brand Strategy & Operations
Act as a day-to-day liaison between customers and the company
Provide feedback and ideas on marketing, product, and brand opportunities
Collaborate with design, production, and fulfillment teams as needed
Who You Are
Based in Los Angeles, with access to reliable transportation
1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, brand management, or events (preferably in CPG or DTC)
Confident communicator with strong writing, pitching, and people skills
Creative thinker who enjoys storytelling, community building, and experimentation
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Bonus: experience with Shopify, Canva and Email CRM Programs
