Key Responsibilities: Manage and coach a team of sales associates across multiple channelsOversee e-commerce lead flow and digital customer engagementOptimize phone call handling, follow-up, and conversion processesDrive service lane sales opportunities through consistent presence and coachingManage and convert walk-in traffic with an emphasis on personalized serviceCollaborate with internet, BDC, and service departments to ensure a unified sales strategyMonitor and report on KPIs, lead response times, and customer retention metricsEnsure compliance with company standards and all local/state regulationsSupport inventory management, pricing, and merchandising strategies RequirementsRequirements: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in automotive high-volume retail Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and lead-handling processes Experience working with service drive sales strategies and in-store traffic flow Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills High level of personal accountability and a results-driven mindset Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record
