The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Copywriter to join our high-growth brand and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice and messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a master storyteller, with a proven track record of crafting compelling copy that resonates with audiences. This individual must be versatile and adept at writing copy for website landing pages, emails, paid ads, and other marketing collateral. Additionally, the Senior Copywriter will collaborate with freelancers and other external partners to bring projects to life as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative copywriting strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audiences.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for website landing pages, email campaigns, paid ads, social media content, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Partner with freelancers and external agencies to augment copywriting capabilities and deliver high-quality content on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct thorough research to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior, and integrate insights into copywriting efforts.
• Optimize copy for SEO and ensure alignment with best practices to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire creative copywriting approaches.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in copywriting roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand storytelling, in a fast-paced and high-growth agency or D2C environment.
• Proven track record of crafting compelling copy for website landing pages, email campaigns, paid ads, and other marketing materials.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and translate ideas into impactful messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with freelancers, external agencies, and other partners to execute creative projects.
• Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools/software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
