Senior Game Developer + Artist - Unreal Engine/Blender

About The Role:

We are seeking two highly experienced game developers with expertise in Unreal Engine. These roles will focus on the development of real-time simulations, rendering, and 3D modeling for our autonomous defense systems. Candidates with deep experience in either Rendering/Art/3D Modeling/Shaders or C++ Unreal Engine development are encouraged to apply.

Area of Focus: Rendering/Art/3D Modeling/Shaders Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of high-quality 3D models, environments, and rendering techniques for real-time simulation and visualization.
• Collaborate with the machine learning and control systems teams to build immersive, high-performance simulation environments.
• Design and implement shaders, lighting setups, and other visual elements that work seamlessly within the constraints of the system.
• Integrate visual assets into simulations using Unreal Engine and AirSim, ensuring optimal performance in real-world conditions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of rendering and 3D modeling expertise within the company.

What You'll Need:

• Strong background in real-time rendering and 3D modeling, and have a passion for creating highly detailed, visually realistic environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Art, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Unreal Engine
• Hands-on experience with shaders, lighting, and texture optimization to ensure high-quality performance in resource-constrained environments.
• Deep knowledge of 3D asset creation pipelines, including Blender, Maya, or similar tools.
• Solid grasp of visual scripting and optimization techniques.
• Comfortable working with real-time simulation tools, and enjoy collaborating with technical teams to refine system performance.
• Experience with Procedurally Generated Content
