For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been at the forefront of outpatient care, specializing in providing safe, high-quality treatment for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). With over 70 centers across multiple states, our dedicated team is committed to medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and comprehensive care management. We believe in treating the whole person, addressing the underlying causes of OUD, and supporting our patients on their journey to recovery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork with care and precision.
  • Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
  • Create individualized treatment plans and psychosocial assessments within required timeframes.
  • Identify and address clinical and case management needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed.
  • Engage in direct one-on-one patient contact through counseling sessions.
  • Report any instances of patient abuse, neglect, or grievances as required.
  • Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
  • Conduct Urine Drug Screens and verify patient identification.
  • Monitor patient activities on center premises to ensure a safe environment.
  • Participate in community relations activities as directed.
  • Stay informed about our Policy and Procedures Manual and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Maintain proper licensure and certification as per state requirements.
  • Prepare for surveys and inspections by relevant agencies.
  • Engage actively in staff meetings and uphold company policies.
  • Always act in the best interests of the program and protect proprietary data.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education:
    • A Master's degree in a related field is required.
    • Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse is required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate reliability.
    • Basic mathematics skills.
