The Opportunity As part of the Capital Programs Excellence team you consult, design, and implement business process and technology solutions for large-scale capital projects and programs. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You participate in the assessment and improvement of business processes, develop implementation plans, and build trusted relationships with clients. Responsibilities

• Consulting on business process and technology solutions
• Designing and implementing solutions for large-scale capital projects
• Participating in business process assessments and improvements
• Developing and executing implementation plans
• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
• Analyzing complex problems and providing actionable insights
• Mentoring junior team members and maintaining exceptional standards
• Utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Master of Business Administration in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering preferred
• Understanding the common issues facing PwC's clients in the Engineering & Construction, Power and Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products Sectors
• Participating in the assessment and improvement of business processes, including leveraging Cora, Primavera Unifier or other project technologies
• Identifying and addressing client needs by actively participating in client discussions and meetings, communicating a broad range of Firm services, and preparing and presenting clear, concise, and accurate client deliverables under aggressive timelines
• Demonstrating thorough level proven knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing facilities, Large scale construction programs, Utility transmission (gas and electric) infrastructure, Power generation including renewable energy assets, Grid modernization programs, Data center construction and engineering
• Building trusted relationships with clients
• Developing an awareness of Firm services
• Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
• Delivering clear requests for information
