Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a System Integrator to design, implement, and maintain systems that connect software, technologies, and systems ensuring that data flows between applications and that systems are secure, efficient, and interoperable. This position will be located in Quantico/Stafford, VA and will be onsite with occasional telework authorized. Responsibilities Gathers information concerning the capabilities of customer products; investigates the technical capabilities of products and competing equipment and/or solutions; stays abreast of developments in hardware and software. Generates quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and ensures requirements comply through formal verification methods. Translates high level product development strategies into network and system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements. Establishes and coordinates development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall network and system development. Designs interfaces and brings network and system elements together so they work as a whole. Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures. Customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements. Coordinates the planning, design, and installation of equipment, using knowledge of engineering and programming as well as sophisticated instruments and computers. Participates in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts. Installs/repurposes physical/virtual hardware, systems, and software for networks. Designs, creates, and builds network services, equipment and devices. Generates system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures. Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning. Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements. Supports RMF and other security implementation/testing processes Qualifications Education/Training High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience) DoD 8570 - IAT Level II Required Skills and Experience Clearance: TS/SCI Experience with multiple operating systems to include Microsoft Windows Server and Linux-based systems both on and off of enterprise domains Deploying, configuring, and integrating holistic applications/solutions covering multiple technologies (OS, networking, database, application, etc) Familiar with database technologies to include Oracle and MS SQL Experienced in script writing in support of task automation and application troubleshooting Preferred Skills and Experience Familiar with IIS covering install, troubleshooting, and optimization Network experience covering routing, switching, subnets, and firewall (as relates to system integration) Experience with Microsoft Active Directory/ADFS Experience with DOD STIG process for A&A/RMF support

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
