Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

*This is for an Inpatient Case Manager Supervisor role - previous experience in this is REQUIRED**

5x8s, Days, 8a-430p
Monday - Friday

Minimum 2 years exp & NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS.

*BLS required
*Previous Charge RN exp required
*EPIC

*Adult Care Facility, Assisted Living exp required
*MS Tele, ICU, PICU exp required
*Confidentiality - HIPPA Compliance, Fitness for duty required
*Centralized and Decentralized staffing, Scheduling required
*Experience with productivity standards and staffing requirements, Coaching and counseling to performance standards, Federal and State scope of practice labor laws - FMLA, Hiring process/interviewing skills and techniques, Orientation of new employees required
*Knowledge of performance improvement tools, Participates in process improvement activities, Promotes survey preparedness at all times

*ED, NICU, Peds, Surg Services, Womens Services exp preferred
*Death of a patient - documentation and process, Discharge AMA, Risk Management, Sentinel events-monitoring and reporting, Voluntary and involuntary commitment preferred

In patient case manager supervisor they will need to be skilled in the following: hiring, scheduling, process improvement, and being held accountable.
