The SaaS Engineering organization within Cisco Networking Engineering is committed to revolutionizing the deployment of generative AI applications. Our mission is to improve IT visibility and deliver comprehensive analytics for the AI infrastructure stack. Using groundbreaking technologies, we develop next-generation SaaS-based controllers designed to efficiently manage Data Centers with AI/ML solutions. Your Impact You will work on Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric , an innovative cloud-operated AI cluster solution. Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric aims to provide customers with a unified compute and networking fabric, along with a management system that enables the creation of easily deployable, scalable, and manageable AI/ML solutions. We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to enhance Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric with fresh insights. This forward-thinking UX Designer will collaborate with skilled UI and back-end engineers. Responsibilities include crafting and building user-facing features and translating needs and practices into a great front end. Your work will be the most visible part of the product! Partner with engineering and product teams to explore solutions and carry concepts from creation to execution. Lead end-to-end feature design, translating abstract ideas into viable product features. Facilitate design discussions with partner teams to gather feedback and craft elegant design solutions. Use excellent interpersonal skills to help others envision and rally around your designs. Support engineering teams throughout development to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience. Facilitate workshops, sketching, prototyping, and create high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with leadership to improve design processes. Minimum Qualifications 11+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or front-end design solutions. Experience with techniques like storyboarding, sketching, system mapping, prototyping, or working with design systems. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe, Sketch, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. A portfolio demonstrating past design work, deliverables, end-to-end process, and impact on users and business.
