Job Description
Our client, a leader in applied research, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Quantified Wearability (QW) team supporting various prototype products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

**Burlingame, CA**
**12 Month Contract**
**Pay Range:** $55-$60 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Work closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to define and execute user research studies that will directly inform product design.
+ Submit potential projects through research review and privacy process.
+ Strictly adhere to privacy and safety standards when working directly with participants or participant data.
+ Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps.
+ Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics.
+ 2+ years experience designing and executing human subjects user research studies, as well as demonstrated data analysis and presentation skills.
+ Experience in quantitative and qualitative UX research and study design.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Prior experience with Python, R, MATLAB, or equivalent for data analysis.
