Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing expert advice and guidance, and ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish. We are looking for a long term, energetic professional who is ambitious, hardworking, and ready to showcase their skills in problem solving, sales and customer service. To guarantee optimum customer satisfaction, we are looking for an extraordinary individual to provide our customers with a friendly greeting and honest fair guidance. Our Service Advisors act as the liaison between Customer and Technician, by providing the customer with in-depth information about their vehicle's maintenance and assuring repairs are completed in the appropriate time frame and budget quoted.
Submit your resume and supporting documents for sales and CSI. This position reports to our Service Manager. Your schedule would be M-F and rotating Saturday. This is a commission-based position ranging $80,000-$120,000 per year.
