The Shipping Equipment Operator is responsible for accurately picking product from the designated locations throughout the Distribution Center and staging the product at the proper loading areas. The operators utilize a cherry picker style lift and RF scanners in order to successfully complete their duties. Safely operate a Cherry Picker lift up to 40ft. in the air. Utilize RF scanners in order to identify and locate product. Load staged product from storage racks onto cherry picker lift. Move product from lift into proper location in the loading area. Cooperate with team members to complete tasks and set goals. Contribute to a company culture that champions honesty, integrity, diversity, and community. All other duties as assigned. Requirements include High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere, experience operating forklift and/or cherry picker equipment, comfort with heights up to 40ft., ability to work flexible hours including weekends, ability to pass physical assessment with push or pull requirement up to 250 lbs., and effective communication skills. The role involves physical activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, crouching, and handling items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance. The job requires moving objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations and standing and walking continuously to perform job functions.
