Our small, dedicated team is passionate about crafting exceptional wines, and we're looking for a Harvest Intern/Seasonal Assistant Winemaker to join us for the upcoming harvest season.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Harvest Intern will assist with all aspects of winemaking during harvest under the direct supervision of the Winemaker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow and execute work orders with a strong focus on safety.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the winery.
Set up and operate equipment for various harvest operations.
Read, interpret, and complete work orders accurately.
Monitor fermentations and track extractions, ensuring quality at every step.
Double-check additions and fermentation status for consistency.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the winemaking team.
