Responsibilities As the most senior member of the Finance Team on site, you will serve as a member of the executive team and be responsible for the financial performance and growth of the hospital, reporting directly to a Division CFO. The CFO will lead the financial operations of their respective site; and seek opportunities for improvement while collaborating with the hospital President and CNO of nursing to achieve financial goals. Direct ministry financial activities, policies & practices. Drive performance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning. Responsible for financial reporting and budgeting. Recommend strategies based upon financial, accounting and industry trends. Plan and coordinate financial resources for departmental services. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences Hospital experience required Previous hospital finance leadership experience preferred. MBA/Masters of Finance or CPA preferred.
