Concrete Laborer - $16

Responsibilities:

1. Reinforcement:

   • Use wire mesh to reinforce the concrete for structural integrity.

2. Concrete Application:

   • Spread and smooth concrete to create a consistent and polished finish.

3. Detail Work:

   • Mold expansion joints and edges to ensure a professional appearance.
   • Apply stains or colors to add the desired finishing touch.

4. Decorative Elements:

   • Incorporate small stones or other materials for decorative purposes.

5. Protective Measures:

   • Apply waterproofing and sealant to protect the concrete work from the elements.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Experience:

   • Proven work experience as a Concrete Laborer or in a similar role.

2. Physical Ability:

   • Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands.
   • Capability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Ability to measure accurately and read specifications.

4. Training and Certification:

   • Relevant training and/or certifications in Concrete Labor.
