We are searching for determined, high energy, well organized full-time Dental Lab Technicians to join our teams in the below hiring locations.

MicroDental Hamilton, ON : 247 Centennial Pkwy. North – Unit 5 Hamilton, ON

MicroDental Quantum Dental Lab Windsor, ON : 1 Riverside Dr W, Windsor, ON

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000 CAD, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Acrylic finishing: complete denture/removable partial denture
• Wax and finish PFM frames, including large bridges, focusing on margins and fit
• Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
• Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment
• Denture partial and Implant denture set- ups/waxing/finishing and overall knowledge of over-denture and attachments
• Repairs/Relines
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous experience in a dental lab technician capacity
• Registered Dental Technician (RDT) certification preferred
• Proficiency in full contour crown and bridge contouring and stain and glaze
• Experience and working knowledge in digital dentures preferred
• High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
• Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
