Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining us? This role offers uncapped commission plus base pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $60,000 in the first year (on-target earnings). The base pay ranges from $20-23 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide specific details during hiring. Purpose This position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role offers a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Transport to and work independently in the assigned territory, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record detailed house-to-house data accurately. Maintain a professional appearance, proper uniform, and necessary permits at all times. Attend required company meetings. Provide feedback to improve canvassing strategies and policies. Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and current promotional offers to become a Signature Service expert.
