About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its International Investment Management Strategy team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, focusing on strategic initiatives that drive long-term business growth and enhance the positioning of the international investment management franchise. This role involves close collaboration with global and regional investment management leadership, as well as key corporate teams. The Executive Director will be responsible for preparing management presentations, identifying and analyzing issues affecting profitability and growth, conducting competitor and industry research, and supporting business growth through acquisition screening and strategic due diligence. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a strategy role, with a strong background in investment management. Deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership are essential. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and data analysis, and the ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives. Experience in working with global teams on firm-wide and cross-divisional initiatives is also a key requirement. The Executive Director will work directly with senior management to determine and execute strategies that align with the company's investment management goals in a dynamic market environment.
