Position Details

• Job Title - Creative Content Producer
• Location - Houston, Texas. Hybrid schedule
• Employment Type - Full time

Responsibilities

• Execute production of video and photo projects for marketing clients
• Working with about 5-10 clients on a monthly basis
• Collaborate with the internal team to consistently improve our offering
• Cross-department collaboration with internal team on client projects such as shooting photo/video for a client that gets used on their website

• Enjoys creating quick, short-form vertical content for social media
• Enjoys working on retainer style work where we work with a portfolio of clients on a monthly basis

• Enjoys continuous innovation of small, growing business.
• Has an eye for aesthetically pleasing photo and video content
• Enjoys staying up to date on production/shooting techniques & technologies
• Desires to work in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary - Full time salary
• Payment Schedule - Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit
• Bonus - Eligible for additional bonus structure after one year of employment
• Promotion - Quarterly reviews with opportunities for raises and bonuses

Workplace

• Hybrid work model - Team members are welcome to work from home when not on shoots
• Creators are to be available for production days Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
