Position Details -

The Operations Associate is responsible for staying in direct contact with vendors and sales associates, requires excellent communication and attention to detail. This position is instrumental to the success of various cross-functional departments.

Salary : $24.00-$28.00 DOE

Schedule: On-site M-F from 9:30am – 6:00pm plus some weekend days for inventory and special events

Responsibilities:

• Accurately log inbound repairs and coordinate with vendors cost and ETA
• Communicate with store associates repair needs, cost, and status.
• Track order repairs and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality control of jewelry and watch repair
• Process jobs in ASC to maintain accurate cost and inventory.

Education:

• College degree preferred

Experience and Competencies:

• Must have 1+ years experience with jewelry repair, watch sales or repairs
• Must be highly organized, efficient, detail oriented and motivated
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking
• Strong problem solving skills
• Adaptable to a changing environment
