Job Description *WORK FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME AS A FREIGHT BROKER*

RESPONSIBILITIES

Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with carriers to ensure maximum value and efficiency.
Coordinate and manage the entire freight cycle, from initial pickup to final delivery, while providing excellent customer service along the way.
Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
Collaborate with customers and carriers to develop tailored transportation solutions that meet their unique needs.
Utilize cutting-edge technology platforms to track shipments, analyze data, and optimize operational efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, applying this knowledge to enhance service quality and compliance.
Generate and maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring seamless flow of information.

SKILLS

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and secure favorable rates.
Strong multitasking abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to optimize delivery routes and minimizes purposeless miles to save time and money.
Proven track record of success, with a book of business
Thorough knowledge of the Transportation/Logistics/Trucking industry
