Typical Day of a Outside Sales Representative - You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)

- Build rapport with property manager
- Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
- Educate on our services and book repairs
- Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
- Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No prior industry or sales experience is requiredtraining will be provided
