Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Finisher to join our team. This role involves prepping, sanding, and finishing high-end cabinetry and millwork for luxury projects. If you have experience with wood finishing and spraying post-catalyzed and pre-catalyzed finishes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and sand wood surfaces before finishing.
• Spray post-catalyzed and pre-catalyzed finishes on wood cabinetry.
• Maintain a clean and organized spray room and work area.
• Ensure all finishes meet company quality standards.
• Work within specified timelines to complete projects efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 10+ years of experience preferred in cabinet finishing.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to recognize and correct defects during production.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity.
